How does it work?
Wingman integrates into your existing Eloqua and CRM instances allowing you to perform immediate marketing actions. Whether it be a custom SFDC task about your meeting reminding you to follow up, or sending your monthly newsletter, all of those decisions are left up to you to decide, creating a truly custom lead management solution with no software or application to download. Couch & Associates will work with your sales managers and Eloqua administrators and users to build out the framework to meet your needs and the rest can be as simple as entering in your lead's basic information and then marketing automation takes over.
How can I get it?
Wingman is offering Pilot Licences (limited time access to beta) to Eloqua clients that meet the following requirements: an active Eloqua Express, Team and Enterprise install with standardized corporate smart devices (Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Blackberry Storm and Blackberry Torch are currently supported - we will be adding devices throughout the beta).
Upon full product launch, when we've reached cruising altitude, we will be rolling-out enterprise tailored dependency-free version to suit any needs.
What is a Pilot License?
Our Pilot License Program is our way of rewarding our test-pilots. You will be granted 10 boarding passes to use during the. Functionality during the program will include:
- Instantly score and qualify new leads with Wingman's OnTheFly lead scoring
- Create leads in CRM in near real-time; update existing Leads and Contact with new information
- Create CRM tasks with custom memos, follow-up tasks and reminder scheduling
- Ability to send a standard follow-up email with content options
(2 custom content sections and signature rules) - Add or manage unlimited leads and contacts
- Send up to three Eloqua marketing emails
- Add contact to three existing Eloqua programs
How much does it cost?
Each WingMan deployment is custom in nature. No two companies are alike, and no two sales or marketing reps are the same either. Each conversation with a prospect requires different actions, so we'll do our best to develop the tools you need. C&A's Wingman team will work with your sales and marketing teams to understand your needs and identify what type of communications and marketing actions Wingman will use to better manage your leads
